Great product November 25, 2009 BruisedAlmighty (MD) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
I bought this bag to hold all my airsoft stuff whenever I go on site. It's pretty solid, and made with good quality materials. It's got a zippered pocket on both ends of the bag, and 2 side pockets that fastens with Velcro. The side pockets also doubles as a storage compartment for the handle straps, so they neatly stow away when you want to use the bag as a backpack. One other cool thing is that the back straps stow away neatly too if you don't need it.
It's got plenty of room to hold my gear, with more to spare. I have a Steyr AUG gun, which is pretty long but still fits right in. I usually load this bag with the following:
- Steyr AUG
- Scope
- 3 mags
- A pound of BBs
- Batteries
- PASGT helmet
- Tactical knee and elbow pads
- BDU
- Tactical vest
- Extra shirts
- Camelbak 3L Hydration pack (usually filled with 2L of H2O)
- Face paint
I'd like to add too, that there's no mention on the product description that this uses an ACU pattern, so I'm gonna say it does use an ACU. (Yes I know it should be obvious from the picture, but to some who doesn't know much about that stuff, this info would be really helpful.)
Thanks for taking the time to read this!
It's Perfect May 10, 2010 R. Spurgeon (SANTEE, CA, US) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was really impressed with this bag when i opened it. It has room for all of my paintball gear including
-US Army Alpha Black Tactical marker with stock attached
--ACU set
-Occasionally a combat helmet/camera mount
-2 Jerseys
-ammo
-all of my tools
-Warranty papers and other documents
-20oz c02 tank
-4+1 pod pack
-remote line
- Boots
-2 masks
-And all of my other gear
the backpack straps are comfortable and the carrying handles are nice as well. I also like the two end pockets where i can store all of my tools and not have to dig for them.
Awesome bag..boyfriend LOVES it! March 29, 2010 Kristina Gomez-mayer (Boston, MA) Bought it for my boyfriend for Christmas for all of his paintball gear. We also use it for laundry days. Great bag for the awesome price!
Great for travel or sport use. April 21, 2010 J. Li (NYC) The duffle's outside looks like it will take a beating. Waterproof interior lining on the other hand may not do so well. But if waterproofing is not a concern then it's a great product because the outer material is water resistant anyway.
In the main compartment, there is a 15in by 8in semi-waterproof velcro-fold-over enclosure pocket that may come in handy for messy/soggy items. Both the backpack and duffle straps can be concealed for the most part in designated pockets/velcro flaps to eliminate all the dangling mess.
Backpack straps are padded for comfort and have a single MOLLE-inspired webbing along the length of each strap that you can clip just about anything on. There is a 12in by 4in padded flap that is located just behind MY neck and lower head area (your location may vary) which I can think is for no other use than to add comfort when used in backpack mode for my (your) neck when carrying a load.
Only thing I wish it had was a hard, or at least semi ridged bottom panel. It just seems to make things easier in my opinion. Other then that, great product.
Military Grade June 7, 2010 Nathan Bowman (Chagrin Falls, Ohio USA) This Duffle bag is very well constructed and very tough, it is large enough to stuff almost anything in it without a hassle. It appears to have waterproof pouches on the inside and the entire bag appears to be water resistant. It has the ability to be carried as a backpack. For it's price it is an excellent purchase. Highly recomended!
