Product Description A heavy-duty gun with excellent performance at a low price. Includes a tactical rail system on the top and front sides for accessories. Fires at an amazing 360-380 FPS with .12g BBs and 280-300 FPS with .20g BBs. We recommend using .20g BBs for best accuracy. This is a spring gun and has to be cocked for each shot. It's fast, clean, inexpensive and easily maintained. Requires no gas or batteries.... Features: - 37-round magazine - Removable tactical rail system - Functional safety unit - Adjustable Hop Up - Adjustable rear sight Attention customers: The cleaning rod included with the gun is NOT the same as shown in the manual. The one included is a plain rod with nothing on the ends.... M116 spring rifle with tactical aim sight & flash light 50-yd effective range Must be cocked for each shot...
Amazon.com Product Description A 1:1 scale replica of an M14 rifle, the heavy-duty M160-A2 airsoft gun is remarkably authentic. The rifle fires round 6mm plastic pellets known as BBs, which are propelled out of the gun via a spring mechanism. The advantage of the airsoft rifle, however, is that players can safely train, simulate, or play with the gun without fearing serious injury. The M14 looks, feels, weighs, and functions just like a real firearm, but is built for casual recreation rather than weaponized use. In fact, the only way you can typically tell a real-steel firearm from an airsoft gun is the blazing orange tip and the BBs that fire when you pull the trigger. The rifle also offers such features as a tactical rail system on the top and front sides for accessories, a 37-round magazine, and a tactical aim and flashlight. Specifications: - Velocity: 360 to 380 fps (0.12-gram BBs) or 280 to 300 fps (0.2-gram BBs)
- Magazine: 37 rounds
- Effective range: 50 yards
- Spring powered (no batteries required)
- Removable tactical rail system
- Adjustable rear sight
- Functional safety unit
- Adjustable hop up
- Tactical aim sight
- Flashlight
- Length: 36 inches
- Weight: 6.8 pounds

Quite powerful, very accurate, great price February 26, 2007 Joseph I. Chapman 74 out of 74 found this review helpful
I got this gun a few days ago and haven't been able to put it down. The accuracy is quite amazing, once the sights and hop up have been adjusted. Indoors from close range (20-30 feet) you can place shots with complete precision. Outdoors and at longer range becomes slightly more complicated (especially when wind is a factor), however, at 40-50yards I was able (after a few range finding shots) to hit a 2' square target. The gun is very powerful, and does leave significant welts from close range, and breaks skin from point blank. However, clothing greatly dissipates the force, to the point where you still feel the shot, but aren't marked. The gun seems to be very sturdy (apart from the sling holders which are rather flimsy plastic) and all the parts of the firing mechanism are metal, which is good since it takes significant force to cock. The real M14 was used primarily for sniping, and this replica certainly lives up to that standard.
Great for starters April 25, 2007 J. Wheeler 27 out of 27 found this review helpful
The gun is made of sturdy plastic, and it just feels great to hold. Accuracy is also a plus with this rifle, but I would recommend you only use .2 BBs.. The .12s that come with the gun turn to curve alot, but a .2BB loadout fixes that problem.
The sling attachments don't feel as flimsy as everyone below says they are, which was one of my primary concerns, but chances are if you are airsofting this thing will rarely be slinged onto your back.
I also found that cocking the gun wasn't as difficult as people below said it was (maybe its just me) but overall this is a fantastic gun for those starting the sport.
I'll eventually get my hands on a battery operated m14, but until then.. This is quite possibly one of the more reliable guns you can get at this price.
The GREATEST gun i have ever had!! June 26, 2007 D. Merkley (USA) 34 out of 39 found this review helpful
I bought this gun about a week ago, a WOW i was impressed. When i took it out of the box it looks really reliable and sturdy. I loaded it up and took a shot. It has amazing accuracy! With a little tinkering w/ the hop up i got it to where i could shoot a can at 30 feet away. And it HURTS. I broke my friends skin at 20 feet away. It is a great gun.
Pros-More than i can list
realistic feel
sturdy
accurate
great mag capacity
Cons-Very Few
heavy
Tactical rail blocks sights
Well, if you are considering buying this gun, dont go back. It is the best airsoft gun i have bought yet. One problem though, i am not yet able to find extra mags for this gun. So, if anyone finds one, please email me @ the_emster_5@hotmail.com
Thanx VB for making a great product.
First airsoft gun, and amazing March 11, 2007 J. Bryan (,) 37 out of 44 found this review helpful
This is the first airsoft gun I have ever owned (and used), and I am impressed. It is no where near as powerful as the guns I usually use (air guns), nor is it supposed to be. I haven't used it to shoot my friends yet (my friend gets very jumpy if I point this at him) so I have been using it to blow useless cd's to pieces, punch holes in siding, blow soda cans, and blast dead light bulbs to bits. All from at least 20ft away. The accuracy is great, the power is excellent, and the gun looks and feels real, what more could you expect for $39? Also, the included speed loader is a godsend, this gun would suck if it didn't come with it.
