Synopsis
Preface This book covers the basic fundamentals of urban warfare adapted for combat sports. The techniques illustrated are based on standard military MOUT and SWAT team training. In a real world combat environment, taking a city from an organized and competent military force, such as in WWII, 30-40% casualties were expected, assuming also that the odds are in your favor as an assaulting force of at least a 3 to 1 ratio with air and artillery support. Basically, it takes 3 men to take out 1 man defending an urban area and 2 will walk out battered but hopefully relatively unscathed. This book is a primer or refresher of urban combat skills adapted for paintball, laser-tag and air-soft. Some methods have been modified for the game. Enjoy and play safe.
